What it's for
The rules clients accept when they book. They're the same settings as the Calendar step in setup, and they also write the Policies text on your page.
What you can do
Cancellation window: 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week or 2 weeks. How long before the session clients can cancel for a full refund.
Buffer time: 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes blocked between sessions.
Reschedule policy: Allow once, Allow twice, Unlimited, or Strict (no rescheduling).
Require a consultation: if on, pick the session type, duration and setup (included in the tattoo session, or a separate session before it).
Click Save changes.
Good to know
Deposits are automatically sent to you when the cancellation window ends.
