What it's for
Letting clients book you at another studio or city, before you arrive.
What you can do
Click Add guest spot and fill in:
Status: Available (open for bookings) or Planned (shows as coming soon, not bookable yet). Completed is set automatically after the last day.
Location: city, country, from, to, and the start and end time you tattoo.
Guest studio: name and address.
Booking rules for this guest spot only: buffer before, buffer after, and available spots. You can set the number of available spot, or leave it open. Buffers are the days you want block on your calendar before and after your guest spot to account for travel days.
Payments: your current payout setup shows first. Then choose Artist - Direct payment or a revenue split with the guest studio.
Click Save guest spot.
Once you create the guest spot you will see its hours, studio, address, buffers, spots booked, and how it's paid.
Copy guest spot link, View bookings, edit or delete.
Drag guest spots to reorder how they appear on your page.
Use Show on my page to show or hide your guest spots.
Good to know
Guest studio on Bookpay: the studio confirms the split in its dashboard. Guest studio not on Bookpay: you can invite it, and you're paid directly until it joins and confirms.
A guest spot never changes your usual payout setup.
