What it's for
Your scheduling model, and the rules clients accept when they book. These rules also write the policies on your page.
What you can do
Pick how you want to manage your schedule:
Auto scheduling: most efficient: sync your Google Calendar to block busy times and let clients book open slots instantly or
Managed scheduling: most control: review every request before it reaches your books, good for detailed custom work.
Cancellation window (required): 12 hours, 24 hours, 48 hours, 72 hours, 1 week or 2 weeks. How long before the session clients can cancel for a full refund.
Buffer time (required): 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes blocked between sessions.
Reschedule policy (required): Allow once, Allow twice, Unlimited, or Strict (no rescheduling).
Require a consultation (optional): if on, pick the session type (online, in person or both), the duration (15 minutes to 8 hours), and the setup:
Included in the tattoo session: (it happens at the start and counts toward its time) or
Separate consultation session: booked as its own session before the tattoo).
