What you can do
Use a studio consent form: used for every session at your studio, whatever link it was booked through, including guest artists.
Artists can use their own consent form: when on, an artist who has their own form uses it at your studio. Artists without one use yours.
The form itself is the same as your artists have:
send automatically (or show a QR code at the session), studio market, licence number,
age requirement (18 or older, fixed),
guardian consent (your decision, check your local law),
form language,
Health conditions,
Risks & consent,
Aftercare,
and Data & photo consent.
Click Preview, then Save changes.
Good to know
Until you switch it on, your artists' own forms are used.
