A payment link is a quick and easy way to take a deposit from a client. It creates the booking automatically once the client pays. You can share a payment link on any channel you use to communicate with a client (DM, WhatApp, SMS, Email, etc). After the client pays the booking is confirm and the client receives by email a custom request form to fill in the details (placement, size, etc).
What you can do
Click New payment link and fill in: Amount (Deposit or Full payment), Title, Date and time, Session duration (required), Total price, and when the link expires (2, 3 or 7 days). Click Generate link.
Filter by All, Open, Paid or Expired, and search.
On each link: copy it, show its QR code, or open the ... menu: Edit link, Duplicate, View booking, Expire now, Delete.
Good to know
Once a link is paid, you can change only its title and date, not the amounts.
Duplicate copies everything and clears the date.
Expire now stops anyone paying with it. It stays in your list as Expired.
A paid link, that is tied to a booking can't be deleted. Expire it instead.
