How payments work on BookPay?

Artists keep 100% of what they charge clients, and clients pay a small €10 booking fee, on top of the artist's deposit, directly to Inkjin.

Let’s say Maria, a tattoo artist, charges €500 for a tattoo.

Step 1: Client Books & Pays

  • Alex (the client) books Maria through her Inkjin link.

  • He pays €500 for the tattoo + €10 Inkjin booking fee.

  • Total charged to Alex’s card = €510.

Step 2: Payout to Artist

  • Stripe processes the €500 tattoo payment.

  • Stripe fee (~3%) comes out automatically (about €15).

  • Maria (tattoo artist) receives €485 directly into her bank account.

Step 3: Inkjin’s (BookPay) Revenue

  • Inkjin keeps the separate €10 booking fee.

  • This does not reduce what the artist earns.
