Not yet, but it's coming. When it's ready you will be able to turn on or off "Let Omi reply to your DMs" (by default it's off). For now you can speak to Omi as if you're a client, rate it replies and teach it how you answer for you. You can define how Omi writes (tone, emojis) and anything else about how Omi speaks to clients.
