Not yet, but it's coming. When it's ready you will be able to turn on or off "Let Hardy reply to your DMs" (by default it's off). For now you can speak to Hardy as if you're a client, rate it replies and teach it how you answer for you. You can define how Hardy writes (tone, emojis) and anything else about how Hardy speaks to clients.
