What you can do
Needs an artist: a client used Book with us and chose "Any available artist". Click Assign artist, pick the artist, add an optional note, and click Send to artist.
Sent back: the artist returned it, with their reason. Click Assign again.
Assigned: waiting for the artist to reply.
Other requests went to the artist the client picked. You see them, and the artist replies.
Good to know
The client isn't told who you picked until the artist replies.
The artist quotes and replies, or sends it back to you. Studios don't send quotes. To make a booking yourself, use New booking.
