Inkjin protects tattoo artists and the designs the artists have uploaded, by adhering to intellectual property laws and regulations. All designs by tattoo artists showcased on Inkjin are considered the intellectual property of the respective artists who have uploaded them to the platform. The designs by tattoo artists are safeguarded by relevant provisions of Greek law, European law, and international conventions.

As such, the designs by tattoo artists cannot be sold, copied, modified, reproduced, republished, distributed, or communicated in any form without explicit permission from the original artist.

Inkjin respects the rights of artists and works to ensure that their creations are protected and properly attributed. Any unauthorized use or dissemination of these designs would be a violation of intellectual property rights and subject to account termination and legal consequences.

Our team closely monitors and addresses any violations with seriousness, to protect both the rights of the artists and the integrity of our platform.
