What you can do
Waiting for you: artists who asked to join. Review or Decline.
Invite artists: email or Bookpay username, relationship (Resident, Co-owner, Collective member, Apprentice, Other) and how they're paid (Revenue split · default, Revenue split · custom, or Workstation rent). Add another artist to invite more artists.
Click Finish setup, or Skip for now.
If an artist invited your studio: setup starts here. Their proposed split shows first. Confirm split to accept it, change it (the artist must then accept your version), or Decline. Then click Next: studio details. The artist is paid directly until you connect Stripe, and the split then applies only to their new bookings.
Good to know
The payment choices come from step 4.
Invites are sent when you finish setup. Artists already on Bookpay get a request in their dashboard. Others get an email to join.
After setup, finish your studio page in Studio Page and set up your consent form in Client Flow.
