Artist Dashboard: Schedule > Availability

Your booking status, working hours and blocked dates.

What it's for

When clients can book you, and what they can book.

What you can do

  • Booking status: Open (flash designs and custom requests), Flash designs only, Custom only, or Books closed (not taking new bookings).

  • Working hours: your regular weekly availability, in your time zone. Each day starts as unavailable. Add hours, use Add another time slot for a break, remove a slot with its delete icon, or Make this day unavailable.

  • Blocked dates: the calendar shows blocked days, days with a booking, and today. Use Block a date or Block a range, with an optional reason. To unblock, remove the entry from the Currently blocked list.

  • Click Save changes.

When you work at two or more locations:

  • You can assign a specific studio to each working day so clients only see availability for your scheduled location. Alternatively, you can select the "All studios" and set a custom buffer time (from 30 minutes to 4 hours). It's the time you need to get from one studio to another.

  • For example, if a client books a 3-hour session at your first location, the system automatically adds your 2-hour buffer, when another client wants to book at a different studio you work at. Other clients looking to book at your other studio will only see available times after that travel window, preventing scheduling conflicts while giving you plenty of time to commute.

  • Clients pick the studio in the first question of your forms, and your page shows the All studios days under both studios.

  • Use Set location for a date for one-off changes. They show in the list with blocked dates, for example "Oct 6, 2026 · at Ink Society".

Good to know

  • New accounts start with **Books closed**. When your books are closed, clients can't book you. But they can join your waitlist.

  • Times show in the time zone set in Account > Regional.
