Yes. Almost all of the available tattoos listed as "Available to Ink" on Inkjin are unique. This means that the tattoo artist will not ink the same design on someone else. If the design's page says, "This design is repeatable, meaning the artist may tattoo the same design on multiple people," then that specific design can be tattooed on others as well.
